The tour guide was incredibly well organized, and her storytelling was top-notch. She was really entertaining as she explained all the fascinating stories. I’m someone who can get tired of history pretty easily, but she was so good that she inspired me to go read more about it.

We had a good guide but our booking was changed to a time that forced us to leave the tour early so we didn't miss our gondola ride. I gave it too many stars. What a fiasco Heafout has been.

Our tour guide Alissia, but fabulous. She was so knowledgeable, she was able to answer everyone's questions. And the stories that she told were so interesting. She definitely knows her history of Venice, and she was so good about keeping our whole group together. I am handicapped walking with a cane, and she was wonderful about making sure that I was kept up with the group that she found me a chair to sit in,. If it was available. She was very easy to understand her English was so good. We are so glad that we chose this tour to go on. It was beyond my expectations.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere accompagnati da Catia, una signora molto competente, che svolge il suo lavoro con passione e che riesce a fare un percorso impegnativo rendendolo piacevole ed interessante ! Il biglietto è comprensivo di visita guidata nella basilica , nel palazzo ducale, e poi dimostrazione della lavorazione del vetro , infine si hanno anche i biglietti per visitare il museo Correr in autonomia .

La visita alla Cattedrale ed al Palazzo Ducale è stata meravigliosa. La nostra guida, la signora Catia, ha descritto in modo esemplare ed esaustivo tutto quello che abbiamo visto, facendoci immergere con la mente nelle vicende dei tempi passati e nelle pitture del Tintoretto, di Vecellio, del Vicentino e del Veronese. Esperienza da incorniciare!

È tutto organizzato bene, puntuali, spiegato bene, e potevi fare domande ricevendo sempre una risposta. La guida era tranquilla e non correva, così potevamo veramente goderci il tour. Ci mancava un biglietto per il museo Correr. Nessun problema. Risolto. Un grande ringraziamento e continuate così.
