Excellent communication from booking onwards. Very re-assuring when dealing with a company for the first time. Day-before reprise and confirmation of arrangements added to this comfort. On the day meeting arrangements excellent and knowledgeable and personsable guide completed a very satisfactory service

Visite riche, rapide et efficace, animée par Savina qui partage en très bon français et avec passion l'histoire de sa ville. Monuments incroyables. Très belle découverte (basilique, palais des doges avec pont des soupirs, et bonus visite verrerie avec démonstration). Une visite recommandée.

Nonostante la variazione di orario, il tour guidato è stato molto soddisfacente. Palazzo ducale e basilica stupende. La nostra guida Savina era molto preparata e cordiale. Lei è stata il vero plus

Lo mejor del Tour fue la guía Estela, que fue en todo momento un encanto y una enorme PROFESIONAL. Obviamente, los monumentos también fueron espectaculares, aunque en la Basílica no pudiésemos entrar y solo pudiésemos verla desde fuera (cosas de curas, supongo, que además de que cobran por ver un PATRIMONIO DE LA HUMANIDAD, se permiten encima el lujo de decidir si, aún habiendo pagado, entran grupos o no...) No obstante, hubo un pequeño incoveniente en la visita, por parte de la agencia, no de la guía, relacionado con los códigos para las visitas incluidas, ya que en lugar de darnos el código adecuado, nos soltaron cuatro páginas de códigos de barras a cada visitante, que ni se sabía cuáles eran, ni para qué lugares servían, ni nada. De hecho, en el Palacio Ducal no nos funcionaron y, el ÚNICO motivo por el que pudimos visitarlo fue por la mediación de Estela. Aún así, en el Musero Correr sí funcionaron... Es por eso lo de las cuatro estrellas (por no poder entrar en la Basílica y por el despiporre con los códigos), pero tres de ellas son para Estela y su estupenda labor.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. The guide spoke very clear, easy-to-understand English and her voice was always audible, even in crowded areas. She was extremely knowledgeable about Venetian history and shared many interesting stories and details that we would never have learned on our own. What made the tour especially enjoyable was how engaging she was. She asked questions throughout the tour, which made it interactive and fun rather than just listening to a lecture. Her passion and pride for Venetian history really came through and made the experience much more meaningful. Overall, this was an informative, well-organized, and enjoyable tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly understand the history and culture of Venice.

Hicimos un tour guiado por la Basílica de San Marcos y el Palacio Ducal, este tipo de visitas es conveniente que un buen guía te las explique para poder conocer el origen, la historia y todo lo que significa cada cosa que ves. Respecto al puente de los suspiros, no es gran cosa, lo atraviesas por el interior y no tiene nada de especial salvo el origen de su nombre.

Had a tour of St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace booked but ended up with Doge's Palace and a 15 minute tour of a Glass Factory ( which was essentially a shop) very disappointed

Accessibility

Both venues are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, although the Secret Itineraries tour at the Doge's Palace is not suitable for wheelchair users

A ramp is available at the Porta del Fiori (Door of Flowers) entrance on the left-hand side of the basilica.
