The Albert Hall is always a pleasure to visit. I liked the email from you regarding the information about the show and links to various other information of what to do whilst in London and at the Hall. I would certainly book tickets through you another time. Unfortunately I do not know how to download photos etc. I am not really up on technology

you should really tell people booking my seat that they will be sitting behind a bunch of safety ropes right in front of them and will have to view the entire show through this mesh of ropes!
