Command performance, Christine's singing was second to none, a wonderful operatic, pitch perfect and clear rendition filled with emotion. The phantom was wonderful, rich and deep with a gorgeous balance of anger and unrequited love. Views from row R were great, you could see the cast really well, but the top level was a little obscured by the royal circle above (top tip, sit in the royal circle, or forward from say row L or so in the stalls for the best views). As a fan of the show, it's wonderful to get caught up in some of the best theatrical effects in the business - from the real 'underworld' settings to the bright and colourful carnival - it really is a show worth seeing again!

C'était très chouette, c'est toujours impressionant les dispositifs mis en place, et les capacités vocales, sans compter le scénario, bref, cet opéra n'a pas usurpé son succès. Problème par contre, faut vraiment faire gaffe aux places choisies, j'avais une des dernières et des moins chères, résultat, je ne voyais pas en haut et en bas de la scène, j'ai passé une bonne partie de l'opéra à me pencher pour voir l'intrigue. Sans compter que je n'ai pas trouvé de sous-titres, c'est probablement normal, mais pour un francophone comme moi, c'était pas aidant pour comprendre. Au moins ça me donne une bonne raison pour retourner le voir, et en choisissant une meilleur plac, cette fois!

A wonderful, thought-out theater performance down to the last detail. It is fortunate that it is still possible to visit the theater, as it should be, without experimental directors and similar modern individuals who turn a classic work into a contemporary farce. Thank you for doing it the way it should be - correctly. If all directors stage musicals in a classically correct manner, like with The Phantom of the Opera, I'm really looking forward to seeing more classical musicals when I fly to London again. No photos were allowed, so I will keep the memory of this beautiful performance only in my head and heart. PS: I cried again. Pietro

For His Majesty's Theatre I expected the theatre to be a bit bigger, very little space to manoeuvre. But the space between the seats massive! very comfortable to seat. While ordering tickets note that the cheaper ones are behing the pillar 😮😁 and you will not be able to see the stage - this should be noted directly when purchasing tickets. The musical was incredible - the voices, the costumes, but the most mind blowing was the stage tricks and changes of the scenery - technically I can only imagine how many inventions the guys made on the way to achieve that. Watching is strongly recommended 😁

"The Phantom of the Opera" has been on my bucket list for years but it was so worth the wait! The cast was phenominal, the set was a feast for the eyes, the orchestra was an emotional rollar coaster, the theatre was the most beautifully intimate setting, and my fellow attendees a pleasure to speak with. I just can't reccomend this show enough, it was an experience for all the senses and I left the theatre on cloud 9. Headout - I will definately be using you again, you made the whole experience so easy from chossing my seats to receving my ticket, thank you!

Vivid atmosphere, stunning costumes and rich colours, a truly fantastic experience. The set design pulls you into 1881 Paris, with the opera house and the Phantom’s underground lair feeling both grand and mysterious. Every scene is alive with detail, from the lavish period gowns to the dramatic lighting and the famous chandelier moment. The music is powerful and haunting, and the performances make the story of forbidden love and obsession deeply moving. A must-see, unforgettable night at the theatre.

The show was absolutely spectacular, the set design, production, acting and singing... The theatre was smaller than we thought so it was lovely and almost intimate, you could really immerse yourself in the experience. Overall it was a fantastic night and we 100% recommend it!

It was truly the best theatre experience I have ever had. Everything was exceptional; the cast, the staging, the vocals, and the music. It felt like stepping into another world within this one, a world so vivid and alive that it seemed more real than reality itself.
