This experience felt like a love letter to Kuala Lumpur. Watching the city stretch endlessly from KL Tower was breathtaking, but what truly stayed with me was dining at ORBIT as the city slowly turned beneath us—quiet, beautiful, and almost surreal. It felt like time slowed down for a moment. The food, the views, the calm elegance of it all made the night feel special without trying too hard. Everything was smooth from booking to experience. If you want a moment you’ll remember long after you leave KL, this is it.

Booked the combo ticket of Sky Terrace and Observation Deck for New Year's Day. Visited the tower at dusk and loved the experience. The crowd wasn't much, waited in queue for around 30 minutes. The 360 degree view from the Sky Terrace is absolutely mesmerizing. Tip - SkyTerrace is a must and also gives too option of getting your photos on the glass floored SkyBix, with Petronas Towers lightening up the skyline beautifully. If you want to save some money, skip the Observation Deck.

Todo ha funcionado perfectamente. Los horarios y las entradas perfectas. El acceso a las Torres Petronas a la hora exacta. En el caso de la KL Tower hemos tenido que hacer una pequeña fila porque era hora punta (anochecer). Experiencia muy satisfactoria y recomendable 100%.

Amazing view from observation deck! We arrived just for golden hour, seen sunset and then illuminated city at night. Really amazing, dare to say breath-taking view. You can enjoy on top hot coffee or tea. We enjoyed so much.

Easy to access - unlike Petronas towers - tickets are available on a shirt notice + flexibility to come at any time during the day of purchase. Plus you can see Petronas (which you cannot if you are on them :).

What's not allowed

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.

After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.

Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.

No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.
