I booked the Petronas Towers, along with a meal at the KL Tower. Now my fault, but I thought I was booking a meal at the Petronas Towers, so I booked 45' slot at 17:00 at Petronas Towers, and 18:00 for dinner, which was at KL Towers. There is not enough time to get to the second venue, so I thought the system would pick this up. I tried to change my dining time to a later slot, spent an hour conversing with AI, to be told this is not possible. We got to the KL Towers over an hour late, but there was no rush as they just let us have our dinner in our own time, and was a very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend, it was just very stressful getting there.

We used the hop on hop of tourist bus to view the towers during the day and had pre-booked entry into the Towers a week ahead of our travel date. We return in the evening to go up to the towers and found this to be a spectacular experience. I did return a second time in the evening for some photo shoots from the water fountain area. It was an amazing experience.

Enjoyed the Petronas Twin Towers visit experience. The views were wonderful. The conduct by the Petronas staff was friendly and professional. Overall a good experience. Worth the time and money!

Réservation facile, billets reçus en temps et en heure. Néanmoins, il ne m'a pas été proposé de billets "senior" alors que le prestataire applique ce tarif,ce qui nous aurait fait économiser de l'argent.

I bought tickets via web to next day. You will receive SMS flash information and QR code by e-mail. Preparing display make you smooth to enter. Please enjoy KL viewing! (In Japanese: web経由で翌日のチケットを購入。当日も入口に券売機で買えそうでしたが、web購入が安心。混んでいる場合は希望の時間にならない事もある様子ですが、今回大丈夫でした。QRコードはメールで届くので到着前に確認すると楽です。)

Easy to purchase tickets. Visitor centre was well signposted and we were ushered through the various levels. As it is a working office building the guides moved us through quite quickly and all participants had to leave when the colour badge was called. Good experience and great view

The views from the towers were excellent and the organisation once on the lifts was very good

Zoom up in a high-speed, futuristic elevator that takes you to the 41st and 42nd floors, where the unique SkyBridge exists. The highest 2-story bridge in the world that connects the twin towers together is a true sight to behold!
