Had a great experience with Headout! Booking was easy, everything went smoothly, and the whole process was hassle-free. Definitely a good option for planning activities while travelling and skipping lon queues. Even though i booked extra ticket by mistake, team provided me witht he wallet amount of approx $14. So easy to book the tickets online. We arrived at the KL Tower and we're immediately escorted to the elevator. The view from the top was not the best due to the haze from the fires in Indonesia. We really enjoyed the KL Tower anyway.

Everything is so simple and easy to make reservation or ticket booking with Headout. And is secure too with the payment getaway. We had enjoyed the scene at the sky terrace even though the haze was an issue lately.

Fantastic view, especially from the Twin Towers at night time. KL Tower offers great views during the day. I recommend allowing a long time for each to fully enjoy what they have to offer.

Une expérience géniale du début à la fin ! L’achat des billets en ligne a été rapide et simple, et l’admission sur place s’est faite sans aucune attente grâce au billet mobile. La vue depuis le sommet de la tour de Kuala Lumpur est à couper le souffle, surtout au coucher du soleil quand la ville s’illumine peu à peu. Le personnel était accueillant et les indications claires facilitaient bien la visite. Je recommande vivement à quiconque visite Kuala Lumpur !

Decide how you’d like to see Kuala Lumpur—indoors at the Observation Deck (276m), outdoors at the Sky Terrace (421m), or with a combo ticket for both.

What's not allowed

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.

After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.

Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.

No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.
