Had a great experience with the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car & Theme Park combo! The cable car ride itself was one of the highlights of smooth, scenic, and offering amazing views of the rainforest and mountains. It’s a relaxing way to start the trip and definitely beats driving up. The Premium Outlets were well laid out with a good mix of brands, and it wasn’t overly crowded when I went, which made shopping more enjoyable. Managed to get some decent deals too. As for the theme park, it was fun and well-maintained, with a good mix of rides for both adults and families. Queue times were reasonable, and the staff were generally helpful. Overall, the combo is very worth it if you want a mix of sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment in one trip. Would recommend going early in the day to fully enjoy everything without rushing!

Our ticketing experience with headout was amazing. We had no problems and all tickets came much ahead . The combos were also offered as separate tickets which could be easily downloaded. Out GentingbHighlands Skyworld trip was awesome and the children and adults enjoyed equally well. It wasnt too crowded and all rides were awesome.

The tickets clearly mentioned the inclusions and were easy to access. Booking online also saved me the hassle of standing in long queues to purchase tickets at the venue. One small piece of feedback regarding the redemption instructions: for the Outdoor Theme Park and Sky Cable, no redemption is required—you can simply scan the QR code and enter. However, the ticket currently shows an empty section under the redemption point, which can create slight confusion. It would be helpful if this section explicitly mentioned something like “No redemption required – simply scan the QR code at the entrance.” On the other hand, the Indoor Theme Park does require redemption. It might help to add a short instruction such as: “Please head to the booking counter on the ground floor of the indoor theme park to collect your wristband before accessing the rides.” Overall, the theme parks are fantastic and definitely worth visiting. I would recommend planning ahead and allocating a full day to enjoy everything, as the experience is absolutely worth the time and money.

I had a fantastic experience at this amusement park! The overall vibe was lovely, and I really enjoyed my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful with great service attitudes. I hope there will be more gentle and mild rides in the future for people who prefer less intense options. The food at the restaurants inside was also delicious. I will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend it!

It was great, and we had a very good time at genting sky resort. My kids enjoyed a lot. When i come again to Malaysia definitely i will go there. This is a highly recommended place.

Guests under 16 years must be accompanied by a guardian with valid tickets or passes at all times.

You can disembark at Chin Swee Station but keep your ticket to continue your journey on the cable car to the SkyAvenue Station or Awana Station.

Each passenger can take along one aircraft cabin-size bag on the gondola, measuring 22in x 14in x 9in.
