This was a spectacular attraction at Singapore Airport was such good value and honestly the most amazing people inside We loved it and highly recommend it to everyone

It's a great experience for the kids that are above 110cm in height. The nets are cargo nets and not the jumping net path. People who are afraid of heights probably shouldn't sign up for the Nets as you go over parts of Jewel's shopping centre. Note: Staff check heights at all activities and if your kids are not of height they are not allowed on the rides. Tickets booked through here are about half the price of what you pay when physically there. Headout deliver the tickets via email within 5mins so it's not the end of the world if you book ahead.

This place was absolutely everything I expected and more it's phenomenal. If you have a long layover it's great to take the kids and get energy out before they have to go on another flight. The workers at the airport was so kind and helpful to show me exactly how to get there even walked me through and helped me check my bags into a checked bag place so I didn't have to carry all those bags with me into the jewel and it literally feels like you're entering another world. It was so Gorgeous Could not stop smiling in there completely worth the experience.

The entry to the canopy park went smooth,y. The staff were familiar with Head out and scanned out tickets easily. The canopy park itself was cool! Lots of beautiful plants inside and fun interactive activities. The net walk was fun and it was more adrenaline provoking than I thought! It was fun but kinda scary if you're scared of heights. It was an overall fun experience!

Canopy bridge cam be skipped. Canopy park was nice.

Getting started

Head to Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. Scan your mobile ticket at the entrance. Light security checks may include bag screening.

What to expect

What's not allowed

Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park.

Wearing skirts or dresses on the Bouncing Net, Walking Net and Mastercard® Canopy Bridge is not allowed. Pants and covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.

Accessibility

This experience can be accessed by wheelchair users (except the Nets).

Children aged 3 – 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Note: The Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport is open daily from 10am to 10pm.

Please note that Canopy Park and its attractions, including the Mastercard® Canopy Bridge, Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Walking Net, and Bouncing Net, will be temporarily closed on 27 June 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM due to a private event; normal operations will resume from 3:30 PM onwards.
