It's lovely place to visit. I love visiting singapore, whenever i have a transit flight, i try to go out and roam around with safety. People are very helpful as well in many ways specially the elders, always smiling and trying to help whenever needed specially for the directions.

It was quick and easy to book. I didn't read the fine print and had to go back down to L1 concierge to get the ticket but that was my fault. So make sure you read the ticket before you arrive to know where to go. Unfortunately none of the mazes seemed to be included even though the ticket said it included mazes...so perhaps make sure the ones you want are included in the ticket you select.

We head of to the top floor for the canope park and glass bridge. The glass bridge was amazing over looking the Jewl, it was one of those moments where you just take a moment and appreciate the life. We got some really cute photos as well. The canopy park was really fun between the slides and sculptures we had so much fun 😊

Strongly encourage to make your way to the bridge and enter once it opens at 10am to witness the majestic start of the waterfall pillar (also 10am). The canopy park has many great photo opportunities for those whole love to take pictures as well. Overall a really fun and affordable experience!

Great experience at Jewel Canopy. Also, easy booking with Headout. Mg kids have a lot of fun with thr creative displays.

Getting started

Enter via Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. Show your mobile ticket at the entrance. Security checks are minimal, but expect to go through bag scans.

Canopy Park: Located under a giant glass dome, this lush indoor park combines nature, art, and fun in one elevated space.

What's not allowed

Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park.

Luggage and wheeled bags are not allowed inside for safety reasons. Please leave them at the baggage storage.

The operation of drones or unmanned aircraft within 5km of Changi Airport is restricted and require a permit from CAAS.

This experience is suitable for wheelchair users.

Additional information

The minimum height requirement for Discovery Slides is 110cm.

The last admission is 30 minutes before closing for all attractions, except for the Changi Experience Studio, which has a last admission 60 minutes before closing. Check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction before your visit.

It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, closed shoes for this experience.

Wearing skirts or dresses onto the Bouncing Net, Walking Net and Mastercard® Canopy Bridge is not allowed. Pants and covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.

Note: The Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
