Abud Mostafa fue muy amable ypuntual. Nos explicó detalles de la realidad del país. El trayecto al museo fue corto y sin ningún contratiempo. Nos llevó a un rooftop c vista a las piramides que resultó genial. Luego fuimos a una tienda a ver souvenirs. Recomiendo sus servicios

Fue una pena no poder entrar el día 8 porque excedo de aforo. A nosotros esto nos trastornó todos los planes y nos dejó sin poder adaptarnos al resto del grupo por lo que no pudimos visitar otros museos. La atención recibida por la empresa Luna Travel fue especialmente buena y finalmente quedamos contentas

La coordinación fue maravillosa Envían fotografía de la persona que pasa por nosotros y los ticket del museo antes. Me equivoqué y pedí un one way, y ya en camino fácilmente nos permitieron solicitar el camino de regreso

Fantastisch museum waar je gans de dag kan rondkuieren. Hoogtepunt voor mij was de zaal van Toetanchamon. Rit met taxi van en naar het hotel is perfect verlopen.

The tour was not the promised guided tour, as sold by Head Out The Luna Travel driver was very good as also the tour itself. Don't buy tickets from Head out!

When I bought the Skip-the-Line tickets they were stated to be "flexible on timings" but on e-mail contact with Headout I was told that the entrance was a fixed time entrance but that the exit time was flexible. On the day arranged we entered at the fixed time and were thoroughly enjoying our GEM visit but after 3 hours were contacted by our driver to say our visit time had ended, whereas with a flexible exit time we had expected to contact him when we were ready to leave not the other way around. We would have preferred more honest clarity i.e. a fixed entry time and a fixed exit time to know where we stood time-wise. We had been almost ready to leave anyway and it definitely did not spoil our visit to this great museum but it cannot be called "flexible" when it clearly is not.
