We were picked up by a friendly driver who safely dropped us off at the museum. Everything went smooth at the entrance and we had a beautiful visit. Afterwards the same driver picked us up on time and took us back to the hotel. Great day!!

When I bought the Skip-the-Line tickets they were stated to be "flexible on timings" but on e-mail contact with Headout I was told that the entrance was a fixed time entrance but that the exit time was flexible. On the day arranged we entered at the fixed time and were thoroughly enjoying our GEM visit but after 3 hours were contacted by our driver to say our visit time had ended, whereas with a flexible exit time we had expected to contact him when we were ready to leave not the other way around. We would have preferred more honest clarity i.e. a fixed entry time and a fixed exit time to know where we stood time-wise. We had been almost ready to leave anyway and it definitely did not spoil our visit to this great museum but it cannot be called "flexible" when it clearly is not.
