We started off a little confused about time for pickup versus tour time. Got a clear understanding. Driver shows up on time, travel to museum. Great tour custom based on our questions. Then meet tour director with our driver and headed for a Wonderful Egyptian buffet meal. Then toured back to hotel. Very professional team. Very relaxing, enjoyable and overall great day. Well worth the cost. We were made to feel special

Wir waren gestern mit Mohammed im GEM. Das Museum war sehr bombastisch und beeindruckend. Unser Führung war super gut erklärt. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt. Mohammed spricht super Deutsch und hat mit seinem jungen Alter ein enormes Wissen. Wir können das Paket nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Transfer war super pünktlich und der Fahrer sehr nett. 5 Sterne !!

Ce musée est juste incroyable mais aussi incroyablement grand ! Apres 3 heures notre guide très sympathique et parlant bien français était prêt à continuer mais nous avions vu tellement de belles choses ( avec les informations qui allaient avec ) que nous avons décidé de revenir un autre jour. Merci en tous les cas à Reda pour cette belle journée et sa bonne humeur.

Leider war in der Anmeldung kein genaues Prozedere mit der Abholung beschrieben und es fehlte der Zeitpunkt. Erst am Vorabend erfuhr ich von einer Abholzeit um 09:00 Uhr die mit der Besichtigungszeit überschnitt. Nachdem wir bereits um 06:40 am Flughafen angekommen sind haben wir uns einen Leihwagen genommen um sicher zu gehen. Den Pick up habe ich storniert. Beim Museum sind wir mit dem Bestätigungsmail zur Kassa und hatten erwartet dass wir die Tickets bekommen. Mitarbeiter bei der Kassa halfen uns mit der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem FTS Travel Team die dann auch die Karten sendeten. Dass unser Guide beim Eingang auf uns wartete und die Tickets dabeihatte erfuhren wir erst danach. Es ging sich alles bis 09:00 Uhr aus. Danke dem vor Ort Team für die Unterstützung. Frau FatemaYousef führte uns durch das Museum und erzählte in bestem Deutsch geschichtliche Fakten zu den Ausstellungsstücken. Manko - kein Pickup und keine eindeutigen Angaben zum Treffpunkt der Führung ... Liebe Grüße Heimo Machne
