The trip to the Pyramids of Giza was amazing. Skip-the-line tickets saved time, and the place was not too crowded. The staff were friendly, and everything was well organized. The zip line was very fun. It was a great experience!

Superbe journée. Il y a des navettes gratuites sur tout le site (pas forcément nécessaire de prendre calèche, cheval ou dromadaire). Se déplacer à l'intérieur des pyramides et finalement plus une expérience en soit que voir les salles qui s'y trouvent.

Access to the Sphinx is included in the ticket but there was a guy expecting banshees at what appeared to be the entrance (next to the Sphinx) however the free entrance was to the left of the ticket office.

Es hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Ich hatte erst Bedenken, dass es ein Problem geben könnte, da die angegebene Office-Adresse, wo das Ticket eingelöst werden sollte, wegen Bauarbeiten nicht errreichbar war. Aber ich bin einfach durch das Hauptportal gegangen und habe das im Handy abgespeicherte Ticket am Einlass auf den Scanner gelegt und ich kam problemlos und ohne Anstellen in den Gizeh-Komplex. Super Sache.

We hired a driver to do the inside the Great Pyramid at Giza experience. The driver was prompt, friendly and flexible with our drop off time. We had enough time to see everything we wanted and still able to leave earlier than the pre-designated time to return to our hotel. Highly recommend.

Getting started

Your ticket includes skip-the-line entry to the Giza Pyramid Complex. Arrive at your preferred time and head straight to the plateau, avoiding the usual long waits at the entrance.

What to expect

Pyramid exteriors: Walk around the Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre, and Pyramid of Menkaure, taking in their scale and stonework from multiple viewpoints.

The Great Sphinx of Giza: Stand before the iconic guardian of Giza and explore the surrounding pathways for panoramic views of the Sphinx and the pyramids.

The Valley Temple: Roam freely around the Valley Temple of Khafre, ancient causeways, and smaller tombs scattered across the Giza necropolis.

Photography: Snap photographs of classic Egyptian scenery with the Great Pyramids, camels, and the iconic Great Sphinx against the desert background.

Upgrades: Choose variants that include entry inside the Great Pyramid, entry inside both the Great Pyramid (Khufu) and Menkaure Pyramid, or an English-guided half-day tour with round-trip hotel transfers from Cairo or Giza.

What to bring

Bring your mobile ticket.

Bring a hat and sunscreen as the area is mostly open desert.

Students must bring their ID for discounted entry.

Accessibility

The Giza Complex has limited wheelchair access. Some viewpoints near the Sphinx are partially accessible, but the surrounding terrain is sandy and uneven. Pyramid interiors are not wheelchair-accessible.

Photography with mobile phones is free; additional charges may apply for professional cameras.

During the holy month of Ramadan (Feb 18 to March 18), operating hours for the Pyramids of Giza are from 8am-4pm.
