I would say this: The company provides the local tour itself and my guide Sal were really good on a professional basis. Their communication ober the phone was fast, they were friendly, even willing to wait in the museum, the rate for the company provided the tour is 5 stars. Headout has 3 stats for the mess. Until the day before the trip there was not clear info when will be the pickup. Just simple information that the company will reach out to me a day before the trip would relieve my stress, because after that everything was clear and even customizable with the local tour company.

Sobresaliente tanto para la organización como para la guía, Fayza. En todo momento te informan de lo que has reservado, en mi caso visita al GEM con guía privada y translados incluidos, la recogida en el hotel a la hora exacta y el traslado rápido. Fayza nos explicó la organización del museo, cómo había planteado la visita y, como nos gustó, comenzamos. Las explicaciones, muy instructivas y precisas, de modo que pudimos conocer más de la impresionante cultura egipcia de los faraones, y disfrutar de los profundos conocimientos de Fayza. Muy satisfecho con el servicio.

Our tour guide was Zeynep, she was so kind, lovely and experienced. She studied egyptology and was about to finish her phd. This level of knowledge is more than what you would expect. We hade a great tour of Grand Eqyptian Museum. Meeting with our guide, the plan everything was great!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Tour im wunderbaren GEM. Alles hat von der Buchung, Abholung im Hotel und Tourführung perfekt geklappt. Mein Guide war ein Ägyptologe welcher perfekt deutsch gesprochen hat. Das Museum muss man unbedingt gesehen haben.
