We started off a little confused about time for pickup versus tour time. Got a clear understanding. Driver shows up on time, travel to museum. Great tour custom based on our questions. Then meet tour director with our driver and headed for a Wonderful Egyptian buffet meal. Then toured back to hotel. Very professional team. Very relaxing, enjoyable and overall great day. Well worth the cost. We were made to feel special

We visited the GEM with Mohammed yesterday. The museum was truly spectacular and impressive. Our tour guide explained everything really well. We felt very comfortable as a family. Mohammed speaks excellent German and, despite his young age, has an enormous amount of knowledge. We highly recommend this package. The transfer was also very punctual, and the driver was very nice. 5 stars!!

This museum is just incredible—and incredibly huge! After three hours, our very friendly guide, who spoke excellent French, was ready to move on, but we had seen so many wonderful things (along with all the accompanying information) that we decided to come back another day. In any case, thank you to Reda for this wonderful day and his cheerful disposition.

Unfortunately, the registration form didn’t include detailed instructions on how to pick up the tickets, and the pickup time wasn’t specified. It wasn’t until the night before that I found out the pickup time was 9:00 a.m., which overlapped with the tour schedule. Since we had already arrived at the airport at 6:40 a.m., we rented a car just to be safe. I canceled the pickup. At the museum, we went to the ticket counter with the confirmation email and expected to receive the tickets. The staff at the ticket counter helped us contact the FTS Travel Team, who then sent the tickets. We only found out afterward that our guide was waiting for us at the entrance and had the tickets with him. Everything worked out by 9:00 a.m. Thanks to the on-site team for their support. Ms. Fatema Yousef guided us through the museum and shared historical facts about the exhibits in excellent German. Downside: no pickup and no clear instructions regarding the meeting point for the tour... Best regards, Heimo Machne
