I really enjoyed the variety of rides at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park there’s something for everyone, from relaxing rides to more exciting ones. The indoor setting was also nice because it’s comfortable and not affected by the weather. As for the ticketing experience with Headout, it was smooth and convenient. Booking was quick, and the instructions were clear, so everything went hassle-free.

The tickets clearly mentioned the inclusions and were easy to access. Booking online also saved me the hassle of standing in long queues to purchase tickets at the venue. One small piece of feedback regarding the redemption instructions: for the Outdoor Theme Park and Sky Cable, no redemption is required—you can simply scan the QR code and enter. However, the ticket currently shows an empty section under the redemption point, which can create slight confusion. It would be helpful if this section explicitly mentioned something like “No redemption required – simply scan the QR code at the entrance.” On the other hand, the Indoor Theme Park does require redemption. It might help to add a short instruction such as: “Please head to the booking counter on the ground floor of the indoor theme park to collect your wristband before accessing the rides.” Overall, the theme parks are fantastic and definitely worth visiting. I would recommend planning ahead and allocating a full day to enjoy everything, as the experience is absolutely worth the time and money.

It was great, and we had a very good time at genting sky resort. My kids enjoyed a lot. When i come again to Malaysia definitely i will go there. This is a highly recommended place.

My first experience booking an online ticket with Headout was great because it was my first time experiencing Genting Theme Park with my family. The explanation and guides that were stated were detailed, especially for me, a first-time user. After all, my experiences were smooth and enjoyable. Genting Skytropolis is a vibrant indoor theme park with over 20 rides and attractions, from gentle carousels and bumper cars for kids to adrenaline-filled pendulums and coasters, all inside the neon-lit First World Plaza, making it a perfect all-weather adventure.

Getting started

Show your ticket at the entrance gates for quick validation. The park is fully indoors, so there are no weather-related closures.

What to expect

Rain or shine, the fun never stops. With dining and shopping right inside First World Plaza, Skytropolis is perfect for families, groups, and friends looking for all-day flexibility.

Family rides (Low thrill): Jumping Spurs mini-tower, Boo Boo Bump bumper cars, Copper Express train, and classic Tea Cups.

Adventure rides (Medium thrill): Balloon Race, Soaring Ships, Royal Carousel, Sky Towers drop ride, and the Skyscraper indoor Ferris wheel.

Thrill rides (High thrill): Spin Crazy 360° pendulum, Disco! spinning disc, Super Glider suspended coaster, Power Surge, Music Express, and Bumper Boss arena.

What to bring

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

For the best experience, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a jacket or cardigan for the cool mountain weather, and consider a spare set of clothes for water rides. Costumes and full-face masks are not permitted inside the park.

Accessibility

Available at Guest Services (Studio Plaza) — RM35 for single, RM50 for double. Cashless payments are accepted at ticket counters for SkyWorlds.

All show spaces accommodate guests with disabilities. Ask any Team Member for assistance

Vegetarian dishes are available at most restaurants. No outside food or drinks allowed.

What's not allowed

Outside food and drinks, selfie sticks, photography or videography, and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited at the theme park.
