- The experience lasts approximately 65–75 minutes.
- Opening hours: Sunday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday 10am–6pm.
- There is no private parking; public parking is about a 7-minute walk away. Visiting by bike, on foot, or public transport is recommended.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Audio guides are available in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Italian.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Visits can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
