Headout logro revertir muy satisfactoriamente una primera mala impresión. Unos días antes de la visita al Coliseo que teníamos reservada desde hacía más de un mes recibimos un mensaje del operador Doooing Experience de que la visita se cancelaba. Solo me proponían como alternativa la misma visita por la tarde y en ingles en lugar de en español, lo cual no era una solución aceptable. Tras varias quejas con el operador, Doooing Experience y con Headout, tuve que cancelar la visita y recontratar con Headout la misma excursión pero por la tarde que Headout si ofrecía en Español. Lo hice sin estar segura de que reintegrarian lo cancelado. Afortunadamente la visita fue excelente! Terminó siendo una visita privada para nosotros 4, con una guia romana, Laura, excepcional. Laura es impecable, nos acompaño por el coliseo, el foro y el Palatino con absoluta tranquilidad y dedicación, explicándonos tantos siglos de historia con soltura y transmitiendonos su amor por Roma de una forma muy agradable. Definitivamente es muy recomendable. A los pocos días llegó el reintegro de la visita cancelada. Así que, a pesar del disgusto y nervios iniciales, Headout respondió correctamente y revirtió con creces la mala impresión original.

Nuestra guía, Usue, hizo que cada momento fuera inolvidable gracias a su conocimiento, pasión y forma tan clara de explicar la historia de estos lugares impresionantes. Su disposición, atención constante y amabilidad hicieron que toda la visita fuera aún más especial. Siempre estuvo pendiente del grupo, resolviendo dudas y compartiendo información fascinante de una manera dinámica y entretenida. Recomiendo totalmente esta experiencia, especialmente con Usue como guía. Gracias a ella, no solo recorrimos monumentos históricos, sino que vivimos una verdadera inmersión en la grandeza de la antigua Roma. Una experiencia inolvidable que repetiría sin dudar.

The tour we took was amazing! I really enjoyed getting to hear about the history of what we were looking at / walking past at the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum! Our tour guide Cecil (apologies if I spelled incorrectly) was very knowledgeable of the history and very passionate about what she was speaking about. Wish she would have been able to join us in the Colosseum, but she provided amazing information beforehand! Thanks!!

Great experience with Rita as our guide. She was very thorough, highly educated, and very passionate about the Colosseum, the Forum, and all things ancient Roman. We got lucky, the weather was good for us. Rita had a plan for what she wanted to show us, and she was firm with the other guides in order to be sure we saw what everything.

Great tour. Guide was binformative and pleasant. Even thoug it was crowded and hot the guide made everything accesible and easy. The only thing that i would be the orginization of the meeting spot. The rep was late and not did not give us information when we arrived, Not a big thing but something that could be improved

Maria the guide was awesome! She had so much to tell and gave us so many information about the ancient empire. This is why I came to Rome! The Forum Romanum, the Palatine Hill and of course the Colosseo are the most important sites to visit to understand the history of this city and the guide is the perfect solution.

What to expect

The Colosseum – the epic stage of ancient gladiatorial battles – is yours to explore. Follow your expert guide through the seating rows where thousands once gathered, and visit the museum on Level 2, showcasing artifacts from the Colosseum’s past.

Then, step onto the Arena Floor—an exclusive vantage point that most visitors don’t get to see. Stand where gladiators once fought, looking up at the towering ruins from the very heart of the amphitheater.

After your Colosseum experience, continue your journey through ancient Rome. Stroll through the ruins of the Roman Forum, once the bustling center of Roman life, and ascend Palatine Hill for panoramic views of the city.
