The tour to the Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque and Bascillica Cistern were great. The Bosphorus ferry was a total mess.very disorganized and way too much walking. Why can't you limit the size of the group. The tour guide couldnt control such a large group. No one could hear him. No one knew they had to go to the online desk to get a cruise ticket. People were just running wildly to try to keep up with him. Very unruly. That's the reason we gave an average rating.

Kürzlich haben wir eine Tour zu einigen der berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls unternommen, darunter die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee und die Cisterna Basilica. Leider war das Erlebnis insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, da weder Audioguides noch Kopfhörer zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wir waren eine große Gruppe und es war fast unmöglich, den Führer zu hören oder die Erklärungen zu verstehen. Die geschichtlichen und kulturellen Hintergründe, die diese Orte so faszinierend machen, gingen uns so völlig verloren. Ohne Audioguide oder Kopfhörer waren wir gezwungen, uns durch die Menge zu drängen und die Informationen selbst zu suchen, was den Besuch sehr stressig und unbefriedigend machte. Für ein so wichtiges touristisches Ziel hätten wir einen viel besseren Service erwartet. Insgesamt war die Tour absolut schlecht organisiert und wir würden sie unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen. Eine Investition in Audioguides und Kopfhörer wäre dringend erforderlich, um den Besuchern ein zufriedenstellendes und informatives Erlebnis zu bieten.

Die 3 Guides für Topkapi, Hagia Sophia und Sultanahmet Moschee, Versunkener Palast waren exzellent: Es gab hilfreiche Informationen und Anmerkungen, die so nicht im Reiseführer stehen und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit !

This combo brings together Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern, covering three very different chapters of the city’s history: a former Byzantine church and Ottoman mosque, an imperial palace complex, and an underground water reservoir. You also get a 90-minute Bosphorus Cruise, which adds a different perspective of the city between Europe and Asia.

The included 3GB Turkish 4G eSIM helps you keep the practical parts of your day within reach. Set it up before arrival by scanning the QR code sent to your email, then use your phone for maps, ticket access, the audio guide app, and everyday travel planning without changing your physical SIM.

Check your email for your booking confirmation, QR codes, meeting-point details, cruise pier address, and eSIM activation instructions.

At Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern, go directly to the entrance and scan the QR code from your email. Security checks still apply at both sites.

For Topkapi Palace, arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before your selected time. Meet the English-speaking host holding the team flag to enter through the fast-track lane. The Topkapi Palace host desk operates from 9:30am to 5:30pm. You must meet the host to use fast-track entry.

For the 90-minute Bosphorus Cruise, go directly to the pier listed in your email and board at either 12pm or 3:30pm. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Activate your 3GB Turkish eSIM by scanning the QR code sent by email. You can set it up before traveling, so mobile data is ready when you arrive.

Validity: Your pass is valid for 3 days from visiting the first attraction.
