Herr Ardan (Arhur ?) war unser Tourguide. Mit sehr viel Hintergrundwissen hat er uns kurzweilig die 3 Stunden durch das gesamte Areal geführt. Er ist auf alle Fragen eingegangen und hat sich die Zeit genommen. Auf besonders interessante Punkte wurden wir hingewiesen. Es war immer ausreichend Zeit für Fotos. Ardan hatte immer die ganze Gruppe im Blick, das Tempo entsprechend angepaßt. Einfach rund um perfekt. In diesem Sinne vielen Dank an Ardan. Hinweis: 1. Unbedingt bequeme Schuhe anziehen. 2. Gerade im Sommer Kopfbedeckung nicht vergessen. 3. Etwas zu trinken mitnehmen. 4. Ganz wichtig, vorher nochmal zur Toilette gehen. 3 Stunden können lang werden. :)

Très bien. Inutile pour topkapi il n'y avait personne à 12h30 on a fait plus de queue avec le groupe que si on avait acheté les billets sur place. Notez que le billet ne donne pas l'entrée au harem que l'on doit régler sur place une quinzaine d'euros par personne et je pense que c'est le billet qui vaut le plus le coût/coup. Pour la basilique citerne cela vaut vraiment le coup de prendre le billet en avance, mais pas non plus pour sainte Sophie. Je pense que ces visites sont devenues si chères qu'elles sont décevantes (sauf le harem qui n'est pas inclus)

Funny and clear communication with the tour guide. He showed us around and told us about the history of the place but not very deep detailed. Which is amazing, since you want to go in details with the specific things you want by yourself. The tour was 2.5 hours from start to end. Would really recommend.

The tour was OK. Our guide did a decent job, but the rain unfortunately ruined part of the experience. Topkapi palace is truly impresive and worth a visit - rich in history. However tickets are a bit overpriced for what you get. Overall, a good experience, just a little too expensive.

La entrada fue inmediata, mientras otros hacían una larga fila para conseguir boletos yo ya admiraba lo espectacular de la Basílica cisterna, yendo en tour mi hora de visita no era segura por lo que esto me ayudó a ahorrar tiempo y disfrutar del lugar.

Ottimo la gestione dall'ingresso, bene la visita dell'area, il resto non risulta immediata la ricerca dei vari punti descritti dall'audioguida a mio avviso mancano punti di riferimento Nel complesso comunque molto bene

Sorbanállás nélkül , egyértelmű vezzetéssel juthattunk be, a Palotába, ami sokkal konfortosabbá tette a látogatást, és kedvezményt biztosítottak a Hárem látogatására.

Después de haber comprado las entradas con uds. a Santa Sofíay la Cisterna, imaginé que el procedimiento para Topkapi era el mismo. Así que, depués de llegar a la entrada del palacio, tocó ir al punto de reunión, este se encuentra lejos y en una subida increíble. Lo de la autoguia es un incordio, en teoría debíamos retirarla de forma gratuita a la entrada, pero éramos un grupo tan grande que fue imposible ... me parece un mal servicio! El palacio es espectacular pero el tema de las entradas no funcionó correctamente.

Cuando nos recogieron, nos llevaron a toda prisa y sin tiempo para coger las audioguias en castellano que habia en la entrada ( no todos disponiamos de internet) y fue muy decepcionante. Cuando vi que habia opcion de cogerlas alli y sin problemas para acceder, me enfadé aun más. No volveré a cogerlas con ustedes

Note that you will be able to enter the Topkapi Palace only with a representative. Meet your host at the meeting point, who will then take you inside the palace.

Be sure to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

The audio guide app is available in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. You'll find instructions on how to use the audio guide app in your ticket voucher.

Please note that there is limited internet at the museum/pier so download the audio guide app before your visit. The app does not require internet once it has been downloaded (ensure your GPS is activated).

Enter the palace and stay as long as you want until its closing time of 5pm.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
