Посетить Стамбул и не зайти в Айя-Софию с Цистерной Базилика — это как не попробовать рахат-лукум. Решили совместить их в один день, и маршрут оказался идеальным: сначала подземный холодок, потом солнечный свет и воздух главного собора страны. Basilica Cistern — это любовь с первого шага по влажным мосткам. Когда спускаешься вниз, сразу ощущаешь атмосферу древней загадки. Да, сейчас там подсветка и современный арт-объект, но 336 колонн, вывезенных из античных храмов, впечатляют. Искать голову Медузы Горгоны в дальнем углу — отдельный квест. Очень советую взять аудиогид, иначе просто «мокрое подземелье». Минус: народу, как в метро в час пик, и за вход дороговато для такого небольшого маршрута (20 минут достаточно). Hagia Sophia — это контраст. После тишины и прохлады цистерны — шум, свет и масштаб. Быть там, где императоры короновались, а султаны молились, — уникальный опыт. Очень остро чувствуется наслоение эпох: христианские мозаики с мадонной соседствуют с гигантскими дисками с именами халифов. Легендарный купол действительно «парит», даже несмотря на леса внутри. Организационно: в Цистерну очередь движется быстрее (мы отстояли 15 минут), а в Айя-Софию — дольше (минут 40). Учтите, что София теперь действующая мечеть, так что нужно соблюдать дресс-код (женщинам платок и закрытые плечи), и местами на полу ковры. Туфельки лучше снимать быстро, все ходят с пакетами для обуви. Лайфхак: купите музейную карту, если едете больше, чем на 3 дня, но для этих двух объектов она не всегда подходит — проверяйте на месте. Итог: Базилика — за атмосферу «Лары Крофт», София — за величие истории. Идти обязательно, но не в июле в полдень (задыхаться будете). Лучше начать с цистерны в 9 утра, затем кофе с видом на фонтан Ахмеда III и рывок в Айя-Софию. Эмоции останутся навсегда. 4 из 5 звезд — за толпы и цены на билеты.

This is an excellent tour especially as these sites are extremely popular. Although there was some queuing getting into the Basilica Cistern was very easy as was the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The guide ; Buse?, was very knowledgeable pointing out the best things to see and best photo opportunities. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this 3 hour tour.

Buse was a fantastic guide. Not only was she knowledgeable about the history of the locations, she was able to prepare us for how the tour part would go ("In the next room they will hurry you along, so look up to the left to see..."). The Basilica Cistern was an option on the tour that was definitely worth seeing.

I loved everything about this tour! The guide was very helpful and informative. We waited 20 minutes for Blue Mosque, 10 minutes for Hagia Sophia, and 5 minutes for the Basilica Cistern. I would happily do this tour again as I feel there is so much more to see than just the first pass through. 11/10

A Santa Sofia c'era poca gente in fila e quindi non poso valutare. A Cisterna è stato molto complicato capire con chi parlare e dove entrare. In generale mi è sembrato non ci fosse una reale organizzazione. Abbiamo chiesto a una persona dello staff, che prima ci ha mandato nella fila dei gruppi e solo una volta che abbiamo richiesto, ci ha fatto saltare la fila. La Moschea Blu è gratis e quibdnon ved il senso di includerla
