🐠🌊 A wonderful experience at Barcelona Aquarium! 💙 We discovered a fascinating underwater world full of colour, beauty and life, with something new and impressive around every corner. We admired exotic fish, sharks, graceful jellyfish and many other amazing marine creatures, each with its own unique charm. One of the most spectacular highlights was walking through the underwater tunnel, where sharks and fish swam above us, making us feel as though we were right in the heart of the ocean. 🦈✨ We were amazed by the incredible diversity of marine life and the beauty of this peaceful underwater world, which reminds us how precious and wonderful nature truly is. It was an unforgettable experience that filled us with joy, curiosity and beautiful memories during our trip to Barcelona. We highly recommend this attraction to anyone who loves the sea and wants to discover its wonders! ❤️🇪🇸

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo saltato una fila incredibile e siamo entrati subito nella struttura. Ci siamo immersi nelle bellezze dei fondali marini di tutto il mondo fedelmente ricostruiti. Il tunnel e il biberon ai pesci è stato il momento più bello.

El Aquarium es algo que realmente vale la pena visitar. Desde el inicio al fin del trayecto, esta pensado de tal manera que puedas disfrutar de centenares de especies, hasta el punto en que dentro del trayecto sientes que eres parte de AVATAR, sin duda lo mas maravilloso es pasar el tunel y que te permite ver tiburones uno mas grande que otro por encima de ti.

Barcellona resta nel cuore. E così dopo dieci anni, ci torno con mia figlia, ansioso di condividere con lei le sue meraviglie, tra cui l'acquario. Tutto il tour è stato reso più facile grazie al necessario e puntuale aiuto di hedout. Niente file, tutto divertimento.

We visited the zoo on a beautifully sunny day and we saw a great variety of animals around the park - some of which we had never seen before, like the Komodo Dragon! The enclosures were well thought out, more notibly the African Safari. We would recommend visiting earlier in the day if possible as many of the animals seemed to be more sleepy later on in the day! There is also a lovely park nearby to the zoo which is full of ducks, birds, and scenic views, and with a lake you can row a boat around!

Een kleine behapbare zoo met heel wat kleine verrassingen. Zie dat je alles hebt gezien!! Zeer kindvriendelijk. De ruiten zorgen voor kleine irritaties, zeker als ze niet proper zijn, want foto's nemen is dan zeer moeilijk.

Barcelona Zoo

Situated in the lush Ciutadella Park, the Barcelona Zoo boasts over 400 species of mammals, reptiles, and birds, including rare and endangered ones. Check out the fascinating zoo spaces that display an impressive array of diversity - Land of Dragons, Terrarius, Aviary, Farm, Primate Gallery, Titis gallery, Palm trees, Flying Birdhouse, and Biodiversity Garden. Housed within them are the red panda, the African Savannah elephant, the Sumatran tiger, the Komodo dragon, the common anaconda, the alligator, and many more species.

Should your little ones need to let off some pent-up energy, the zoo also has two play areas for children; one of which is equipped with games adapted for children with reduced mobility.

Aquarium Barcelona

The Aquarium has more treasures for you with some incredible Mediterranean creatures housed in 35 aquariums. Unique in Europe, the Oceanarium is the largest aquarium with species such as moray eels, rays, and the real stars of Aquarium Barcelona - the bull shark and Milberto's silky shark. You can also enjoy an underwater walk in an 80-meter-long transparent tunnel. Feel like you are walking on the ocean floor as you admire the sharks and the other curious species.

Other unmissable attractions include the themed aquariums, where you can learn the small details on marine flora and fauna that are usually missed out in large aquariums; the permanent exhibition Jewels of the Sea where you can admire the colorful shells and molluscs. Don't forget to visit Explore! - an interactive space where kids can grow closer to the marine world through interactive activities.

Important Information

Barcelona Zoo

The zoo offers a free wheelchair service. Chairs can be requested at either of the park's two entrances.

Services for children include ergonomic seats where you can leave your baby while using the services, and diaper changers in many of the zoo's restrooms.

Aquarium Barcelona

It is forbidden to feed the animals.

Children are to be kept under supervision.

The Park Management reserves the right of admission and may also, if the conduct of one or more users is not correct, proceed to expulsion from the premises, without the right to claim.

Daily: 10am to 6pm. (last entry at 5pm)

Box office closes at 5pm.

Aquarium Barcelona

Daily: 10am to 8pm.

Ticket offices and entrances are open until one hour before the closing of the facilities.
