Casa Batlló’s immersive audio experience is a full-body, full-senses marvel that transforms Gaudí’s masterpiece into a living, breathing world of color and imagination. The narration, spatial sound design, and atmospheric music wrap around you so completely that every curve, tile, and shimmer of light feels like it’s speaking directly to you. It’s not just an audio guide — it’s a cinematic journey through architecture, emotion, and history that leaves you floating between reality and dream. A must‑experience for anyone who wants to feel Gaudí rather than simply observe him.

The Battló is a work of unbelievable beauty and surprising functionality. Gaudí paid attention to every last detail to make life in the house both pleasureable and comfortable. Platinum tickets are not worth the price difference, Gold is fine. Go early. The venue fills up fast and crowd and noise make it difficult to appreciate the venue.

Easy to come as I could skip the cues. The app was a bit difficult to download (or maybe it as just my phone) so it was helpful to have a screenshot of the tickets available to ease the process just in case. All in all OK, and I was happy for the discount.

Smooth entry, great and understandable staff, fantastic audio guide. Very lovely house, a bit too many people in our time slot but it was overall fantastic.

Your experience

Step into Gaudí’s whimsical world

Get ready for a unique sightseeing experience at Casa Batlló, one of the renovated apartments that put Gaudí's unforgettable work in the spotlight. While it primarily served as the residence of the Batlló family, it also has rented housing that is sewn together by a magnificent entrance that you won't miss. Begin your journey by admiring Casa Batlló’s breathtaking façade, sprinkled with bits of blue, mauve, and green, a masterpiece of flowing lines and vibrant mosaics. As you step inside, the audio guide will bring the house to life, revealing Gaudí’s inspirations—from the ocean’s waves to mythical creatures. Marvel at the central lightwell, where varying shades of blue mimic sunlight filtering through water, creating an ethereal glow. Did you know Gaudí repurposed broken tiles and glass to craft the mosaics? This sustainable approach was a century ahead of its time and added an extra layer of wonder to his designs. Explore the main floors, filled with nature-inspired shapes, shimmering stained glass, and skeletal balconies that evoke coral reefs.

Upgrade for exclusive add-ons

Upgrade your experience for unparalleled access to Casa Batlló’s secrets. Silver-tier tickets include rooftop access, where you can admire the iconic dragon-back design while enjoying breathtaking views of Barcelona. Opt for gold to enter the Batlló family’s private residence and use an augmented reality tablet to see how the house functioned a century ago. For a premium touch, platinum tickets let you skip the line, enjoy flexible scheduling, and even cancel without stress. Throughout the experience, you’ll uncover little-known facts, like how the rooftop cross symbolizes Saint George’s sword defeating the dragon—a playful nod to Catalan mythology.

Casa Batlló isn’t just a tour; it’s a deep dive into Gaudí’s genius and a timeless blend of art, sustainability, and storytelling.
