Seamless activation

• Once you purchase the card, your voucher will be sent via email with a personalized code.

• Enter this code at a ticket vending machine in any metro station to obtain your physical pass. This eliminates the need for shipping costs or long queues.

• Hop on metros and buses around the city, and begin your adventure!

Validity

• Before activation: Your pass is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, or until the last day of February of the following year at the latest.

• After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.
