The tour was very well organized. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He also translated for us on the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a powerful experience. Parts felt a little rushed- but there is so much to see, and they are large sites to cover in the amount of time allotted. That being said, I learned so much and appreciated how our guide shared the stories about what happened here. The salt mines were a wonderful experience as well! The sculptures are beautiful, and the tour sharing the history of the mines was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.

Well orgainised from pick up to drop off. The guide gave a very detailed brief, as we set off, on the day and the strict timings that had to be followed to ensure we kept to the schedule. There was enough time and consideration given for comfort breaks throughout the day . All of the various guides spoke very good English and took time to answer questions. The guide we had for Auschwitz spoke with a lot of emotion and knowledge which ensured the exprience was engraved in our minds. The salt mines were a great way to round the day off with a totally different experience.

Amazing tour and planning. They changed the collection time from 7am to 5.30am and I was honestly so worried if I'd booked a scam but it was GREAT! the bus pulls up to at the K&R bus stop and they read out the names to go forward to show your tickets and get on the bus. From there they take care of you, take you to Auschwitz, gets the tickets for you and guide you to the tour guide. They meet you from the tour then onto the bus to the second camp. After that to the salt mine. Loved the salt mine. Little tip. Take a packed lunch

Everything was taken care of and perfectly organized. The punctual, friendly and very professional driver made our day even better. The guides that were contracted at the different sites were also very professional and explained everything in detail. 100% recommend!

Very great tours! Made the whole scheduleing process the easiest thing ever. Our host was superb with letting us know the schedule and what time to be where. There were a bunch of people at the pickup location who were all going through different companies, but our guy made sure we knew he was taking people for the Auschwitz/Birkenau&Salt Mines. Auschwitz is something everyone should see at least once to ensure the history and information is maintained. They ensure all understand that respect is the top priory. The salt mines were great! It was cold outside but those mines keep you toasty! Our guide in the salt mines was hilarious, Camilla, if she is your guide you'll have a great time! You will get your steps in for this day since you're going to be walking at all locations, but there are breaks trickled in throughout your day!
