We booked the guided English tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau through Headout and had a really good experience overall. Our pickup time was changed from 9:00 AM to 5:30 AM, which was very early, but we had already seen in other reviews that this can happen. We were also informed by email the day before, so it wasn’t a surprise. The meeting point was well organized – several buses were lined up with tour numbers, and staff called out names, so everything went smoothly. We received our tickets right after arriving, the transport was comfortable, and the whole tour was well arranged. We were back in Krakow around 12:30 PM. Overall, the price matched the service, and everything was handled professionally. Definitely recommend!

Recomiendo totalmente coger tour a ir por libre, te ahorras colas de entrada y el guía es muy necesario para entender bien la visita, sobre todo en el segundo campo (el de exterminio) en el que no hay información impresa. Fue una experiencia sobrecogedora y muy interesante. Frente a otras ofertas turisticas culturales, creo que esta es la más interesante de Polonia (!) Eso sí, nos faltó que la guía fuera un poquito más despacio porque la información es MUY densa, y que el descanso durara más de 10min porque no nos dió tiempo a comer nada ni prácticamente a ir al baño. Tampoco estaría mal que te dieran una botellita del agua, pues son 7h de visita y es un gesto amable.

Nuestra visita a Auschwitz y Birkenau fue una experiencia profundamente conmovedora y necesaria. La organización a través de Headout fue impecable; el transporte llegó puntual y el guía fue sumamente respetuoso y conocedor, explicando cada detalle histórico con mucha sensibilidad. Recorrer los barracones y ver los restos de los campos te deja sin palabras, pero es fundamental para entender la historia. Recomiendo mucho llevar calzado cómodo porque se camina bastante, especialmente en Birkenau. Fue una logística sin fallos que nos permitió enfocarnos totalmente en la importancia del sitio. Una experiencia impactante que todos deberían vivir al menos una vez.

Expérience très agréable ! Le guide (Filip) était très compétent et nous n'étions pas trop nombreux dans le groupe. La navette a bien été à l'heure et le tour n'était pas trop long mais en même temps assez complet. Nous aurions néanmoins souhaité pouvoir passer un peu plus de temps dans le musée pour observer les différents objets !

The tour was fab from pick up the driver was very informative and once getting to Auschwitz the guide was very good and got me very interested in what she had to tell us. very kind and concerned about her group on how they were reacting to what she was telling us about the terrible things that happend there and at there

malgré un cafouillage au moment du départ vite résolu, ce moment restera gravé à tout jamais dans ma mémoire. J'ai pu rendre hommage à une partie de ma famille disparue dans ce camp et cela n'a pas de prix l'organisation était très bien, l'accompagnement du chauffeur et du guide parfaits je ne peux que recommander

No fault with this company,easily able to book on the website then received confirmation and a message with an itinerary with minutes. They were on time well slightly early to pick us up we got there in good time to use the bathroom and get a coffee,the rest went very smoothly highly recommend them.

Truly a unique, "bucket list" experience, that every human being from around the world should have. Our guide named Anna was exquisite, and the tour was literally bone chilling. Definitely a must, not only if you are visiting Poland, but you should schedule a trip just for the museum tour.
