Loved coloring the different animals and having them come to life. I found that amazing. My son and I did it 3 times each. I thought the last exhibit was the best. it was a huge room with a stunning presentation of Artwork, architecturae and different parts of the city. The presentation is 360 degrees so you don't miss anything, It ends with the song "New York" by Frank Sinatra. I almost cried. Makes you proud again of the city that is being destroyed by politicians. In this same room there is also a scene of a beach. It is so realistic that people sit on the floor thiking it is the sand. It is mesmorizing..

EXCELLENT Experience, the flower room was my favorite, from the floor to the touch of the wall with the scent was just amazing, being that was the first room made all the rest just as incredible!!! The coloring, scanning & seeing my coloring come to lifelike was amazing!!! Great time & will definitely be back on my next trip 🌸🌊🐋🌪️🐘🌕✨

Yes, my wife and I we really enjoyed it. We are recommending a lot of people to go there. She had a wonderful birthday the same day we went there February 3. He was easy to get there and a lot of parking. We made the best out of it. We enjoyed it. we took a lot of videos and pictures and everybody here in my family and friends. They are going there over the weekend. Have a great day.

Just left Arte Museum New York and honestly… wow. Every room was a total trip—one second you’re under a digital waterfall and the next you’re in a field of glowing flowers. The service was 10/10 too, I mixed up my days and missed my scheduled time and they helped with adjusting. Super friendly staff made everything easy. If you haven’t been yet, go now! 🖤

very quick entry, favorite room was the floral room in the beginning, stars room and the wave room, i could honestly sit in each section for hours. it 100% is deserving of being called an immersion museum. the cafe was also a very fun edition as well! both me and my fiancé had a beautiful time, valentine's day well enjoyed!

It was unexpectedly beautiful, extremely creative and the end. Section it was amazing learning about the arts through the centuries I particularly like being able to draw and scan the drawings and seeing them come to life. I definitely plan on taking my grandson there and having him. Enjoy all the beautiful and creative art

It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! Nothing I had ever seen before. My daughter who is 10 years old and also high functioning autistic came along with me and she absolutely loved it! She is such an amazing artist and this museum and all of the art really inspires her, according to her. We can't wait to come back.

What’s not allowed

For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Only registered service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Please note that re-entry is not allowed once you leave the museum.
