Arte Museum is a great way to spend an hour or two while visiting NYC! The digital art is visually stunning! Plenty of spots for Instagram, worthy photos and video or to sit back and relax and just enjoy in quiet meditation. I especially enjoyed the final room and the New York is Art exhibition. Whether on a date, with friends, or traveling with children this outing would appeal to most anyone and I highly recommend!

Immersive museum was a quality experience, installations were calming! Cafe was actually the highlight.. on our drinks somehow little figues were projected, this was amusing to say the least!

My family's visit with Headout special at The Arte Museum was amazing! It had us in awe at just the first room. Big surprise that it was interactive too. At such a affordable price as well.

Fantastic exhibits but the last one is by far the best with the most content so be sure you are able to spend a significant amount of time in that particular one where you will see great works of art, subway pop culture, gardens with Monet and Giverny and the building of New York and a whole lot more.Words can't begin to describe how cool this exhibit is and how much you will experience and learn. I actually bought another ticket to go again the following day.

The exhibit is truly a sensury feast. The digital technology in the last room is amazing as it made scenes seem as if they could be touched. I see out of only one eye and thus the worl is flat to me. But projectins in the last room, while still flat, xeemed "real" and not mere projections. I and my family definitely recommend this event.

Arte Museum x Musée d’Orsay: The exhibition, created in partnership with the Musée d’Orsay, reinterprets the masterpieces at Musée d’Orsay through light, sound, and scent.

Flower Series: Walk among vibrant, ever-changing floral installations, including Roses and Little Wings, Hibiscus Seed, and Rose Odyssey.

Star Milky Way & Forest: Marvel at cosmic and woodland environments crafted with digital artistry, offering a sense of wonder and tranquility.

Sensory immersion: Every room features curated fragrances and soundtracks, designed by renowned music director Young-gyu Jang, to fully engage your senses.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking; it may be checked at the entrance.

Have your entry ticket ready, either in digital or printed form.

What’s not allowed

For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Only registered service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Please note that re-entry is not allowed once you leave the museum.
