Mercer Labs was awesome. Went in not knowing what to expect and after visiting we are so happy we did. Three adults and four children (15,13,12 and 6) all loved it and had an amazing experience. We have already recommended Mercer Labs to friends. Kids stayed happy and entertained for hours. We went around 7pm on a Friday night and the crowds weren't too bad so we were really able to take our time and explore and enjoy the place fully.

Very similar experiences, with Mercer Labs being #1. Allow 2 hours each venue so you can enjoy & feel like you got your money's worth. ARTE Museum had less exhibits & skip the café completely. Arte Museum geared more for families with kids and art enthusiasts. Combo ticket was a plus. Subway approx 2-3 block walk . Easy to do both in same day.

I loved this experience! It was breath taking. It was so relaxing. When you first go in you get the sense of peace right away. You are not rushed. Absolutely loved it. Spent an hour and a half and it was well worth it

The experience was sublime. You can easily spend 2 hours here. Definitely worth going. The scenery and the art present in the exhibition is mind bending and thoughtful.

MERCER LABS WAS SUCH A FIRE EXPERIENCE! 🔥 I went with my mom, my older brother, and his girlfriend, and we had the best time! Every single room had its own unique vibe, visuals, and experience, so there was always something new and exciting to see. It was honestly so fun and definitely kept me entertained the entire time. If you’re looking for something different and fun to do in the city, I HIGHLY recommend checking out Mercer Labs! 10/10 experience! ✨

Mercer Labs spans 36,000 sq ft and redefines the museum experience by blending contemporary art with cutting-edge technology. Conceived by artist Roy Nachum, the museum invites visitors to see, hear, and interact with art in new ways.

Features

Maestros & the Machines: Experience classic works by Da Vinci, Mozart, Hokusai, and more, reimagined through futuristic technology for a fresh perspective on artistic genius.

Immersive installations: Step into experimental spaces, including digital sculptures, sound environments, and interactive spaces that engage all five senses.

Thematic exhibits: Explore highlights like The Window, 4DSound, and Ball Pond, each designed to challenge perception and encourage creative engagement.

Artist-led innovation: Roy Nachum’s on-site laboratory showcases works that use Braille and recurring symbols to spark reflection on equality and human connection.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking, as it may be required at entry.

What’s not allowed

Oversized bags, suitcases, and large luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Pets are not allowed within the museum.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and professional video or filming equipment are not permitted inside the museum.

Private event last entry change: Last entry is at 7:45pm every Friday and Saturday from October 30 to December 19, 2026, except November 27 and 28.
