Une expérience tout simplement magique à l'Empire State Building ! L'entrée sur le site avec le billet Headout a été d'une fluidité incroyable et sans aucun souci. Les expositions interactives aux premiers étages sont passionnantes, mais la vue à 360 degrés depuis l'observatoire au sommet est vraiment à couper le souffle. C'est un moment inoubliable de mon voyage à New York. Je recommande vivement de réserver avec Headout !

I had not been to the Empire State Building in well over 30 years and it was a first time for my son. The staff are welcoming and particularly friendly. It was the perfect day, clear skys and mild summer temperatures. There were no crowds or lines and it was very easy to take in views from so many different angles. It was a first class experience from the entry floor to the top. Entry to exit.

El timming fue perfecto, no hubo que hacer filas, y la experiencia fue fantástica. Es un paseo que realmente vale la pena, en el edificio más icónico de NY. No pueden dejar de ir!!!

I visited the Empire State Building 25 years ago on a high school field trip as a 16 year old kid from Ohio. Now as a parent myself of a 16-year-old child, I wanted to give my daughter the same breathtaking experience of seeing New York City from the world's most famous skyscraper, the Empire State Building! I was blown away by the updates. We loved walking through the second floor museum and there were many opportunities to take photos. We loved the picture opportunity with King Kong ! Also it was awesome to learn and see how the building was constructed in under 1 year back in 1930. Overall, it was well worth visiting again and we enjoyed every moment that we shared together on the observation deck of the 86th floor. Whether it's your first time or you're bringing your children for the first time it is something that you cannot miss out on experiencing. This is it, The Empire State building and there's nothing like it in the world!

Getting started

Use your timed entry ticket to enter the Empire State Building at the selected time and pass through security. Once inside, connect to the free Wi-Fi and, if you wish, download the multimedia app to guide your visit. You can then move at your own pace toward the immersive exhibits on the 2nd and 80th floors and on to the observatories included with your ticket.

ADA compliance: The building is fully ADA compliant, offering ramps, lowered viewing areas, and accessible binoculars.

Accessible restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available on the 86th floor.

Service dogs: Service dogs are welcome throughout all public areas.

Wheelchairs: Both motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs may be used inside the landmark.

What’s not allowed
