My wife and I reserved a six hour stay due to a nine hour layover. When we arrived, the premium lounge was really busy. The hostess suggested upgrading to the elite lounge for a quieter experience. We upgraded our reservation and had an excellent experience. Tasty food, great drinks, comfortable chairs that allowed us to nap , and a quite atmosphere.

As I had a horrible experience at FCO Airport, the Plaza Premium Lounge made the experience a lot better to deal with. The Lounge was spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks were good and plentiful. This is definitely 1 of my highlights in Italy. I would recommend to friends and family. I would also use again myself.

Vegetales are Good and fresh, is very important for the salad. The drinks and coffee are excelente. And the waiters are frendly. I would like more Hot food opción.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities very good. Food was fine and drinks lovely. Had a shower and there was everything you need for a shower and to Freshen up.

Such a lovely spacious lounge with comfortable seating, great charging stations, sort of sleep pods also, with great selection of food and drink. All colleagues where lovely and couldn't be more helpful. 1000/10 service. Worth the money .

There was a table reserved for us so we didn't have to queue which was great. The food was very good with a lot of choice.

Plaza premium lounge was overbooked and I was told that it was at the capacity and I had to come back. Luckily, someone was leaving and they allowed me to enter. It was clearly at the capacity as every seat was taken. The room with seats for your legs could only accommodate eight (8) people so I had zero chances to get a seat to stretch my legs before a 9-hour flight. Food was good but how much you can drink and eat during 2.5 hours? I'm not sure it was worth $46.

After landing, head to the Schengen Area of Terminal 1 Departures at Rome Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport. Present your booking confirmation and travel documents at the entrance, then check in to take your seat.
