Although Rome's Fiumicino Airport is beautiful, it is often overcrowded. I chose to spend an unusually long wait in the Plaza Premium First Lounge. I'm very glad I did so. The service is welcoming and unhurried. The food is very good. The ambience is clean and quiet with no intrusive music or screens. I could rest and prepare for my flight without feeling pushed or rushed. Highly recommended.
