The cleanliness of the shower and toilet area was excellent - I was in the Lounge for 10 hours and the staff were so welcoming and friendly and worked non stop to ensure everywhere in the lounge was clean and tidy

Pleasant, welcoming staff and very clean and bright surroundings. Great shower. Good food and drink offerings. Seating area was busy and felt a little cramped.

Food and drinks were always available, which was good. The shower room was clean. Staff were very polite. Almost all of the seats have access to power plugs, which is very important when traveling to charge electronic devices. Few things that they need some improvements on, first, how I wish there was a bigger couch or a folding bed where one can lay flat which can be in a separate area with less noise. Second, the toilet seat didn't have a toilet seat covers. Please have one. Lastly, have an extra roll of toilet papers in every cubicles. Overall, my experience at Ambassador Transit Lounge in Terminal 3 at Changi International Airport was good and recommendable.

Excellent tour provided during my layover at Changi Airport. From arriving at the booth everyone was so helpful. Our Tourguide was welcoming and informative. I chose the Singapore River and Marina Bay Sands Tour which took on some iconic sights. I'd of been happy had I paid for this tour - the fact it's complimentary is incredible! Well worth it if transit through Singapore's

We loved out time in the Ambassador s lounge. The showers were fabulous and the wide selection of fresh foods were a lovely surprise. It was peaceful and comfortable and the ideal place to rest and relax.

The lounge was much smaller than advertised It was dated and worn. Not very comfortable Had to try and sleep on floor.
