Had a great time at Ambassador Transit lounge in Sanghi Airport, Terminal 2, The vibe was excellent, service was friendly and quick, and everything was spotless. Definitely one of the best lounges we’ve visited recently. Will be back again.

More variety is expected for all type of fliers. Smoking area doors were not closed properly resulting stronge smell of cigarette is coming which is very inconvenient for non smokers.

A very good lounge to relax and refresh when you have a long transit time in Singapore. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Refreshments are available all the time for those in transit to have some refreshments at any time.

Really great service and experience! The lounge was cozy with a plethora of comfy seats to snooze in, plus lots of fantastic vegetarian choices in the food. The perfect rest stop between my flights to freshen up and get some life back into myself!

Very refreshing after our long flight. We had a shower before our next flight. Enjoyed some coffee and something to eat. Some of the USB ports to recharge our phones did not work.

On the plus side: Very kind staff, tasty food (though somewhat lacking in variety), comfortable chairs and not overcrowded. On the negative side: on purchasing tickets, there was no mention that the live cooking station and the alcoholic beverages are only available during certain hours. A different pricing, in view of different offerings, would therefore seem appropriate. We don't drink alcohol so not a problem for us at all but people that do should be aware.

The election of food and cleanliness, pressure etc of showers were great. However, there was no opportunity to sit in an armchair at all in the full 3 hours we had booked as these were all taken. 5 people in our booking and we had to sit at the dining table the whole time

Should have more variety in term of foods and open the rest space on the other site for customers who book for over 5 hours so they can rest

Find the Ambassador Transit Lounge on the 3rd floor of Changi Airport Terminal 2, near Transfer F and Dreamscape Attractions. Present your booking at the reception for check-in and receive details about your included amenities and available facilities.

This lounge offers a convenient retreat for travelers in transit, providing essential comforts and services within one of the world’s busiest airports. Designed for both leisure and productivity, it caters to solo travelers, families, and business guests.

What to bring

Bring a valid boarding pass for same-day travel to access the lounge.

Bring suitable gym attire if you plan to use the gym facilities.

What’s not allowed

Entry without a valid boarding pass is not permitted.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the lounge.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking patio.

Additional information

Complimentary access is available for children under 2 years old when accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.

Minimum duration for nap suite usage is 6 hours.

Gymnasium access is for up to 2 hours per session and is available only in Terminal 2.

Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
