Really great service and experience! The lounge was cozy with a plethora of comfy seats to snooze in, plus lots of fantastic vegetarian choices in the food. The perfect rest stop between my flights to freshen up and get some life back into myself!

Very refreshing after our long flight. We had a shower before our next flight. Enjoyed some coffee and something to eat. Some of the USB ports to recharge our phones did not work.

On the plus side: Very kind staff, tasty food (though somewhat lacking in variety), comfortable chairs and not overcrowded. On the negative side: on purchasing tickets, there was no mention that the live cooking station and the alcoholic beverages are only available during certain hours. A different pricing, in view of different offerings, would therefore seem appropriate. We don't drink alcohol so not a problem for us at all but people that do should be aware.

Myself my wife and my six year old son recently used the services provided at the Ambassador lounge. To be honest I was a little sceptical when I booked online but in fact our experience was great. The process of booking and checking in was very simple the app made a smooth process. We arrived early at 6am to a vast array for breakfast eggs freshly cooked, Asian noodles, ham , chicken sausages fruit, toast and fresh juice and salads, my six year old son enjoyed waffles. The coffee machine made life a breeze, and my wife enjoyed many a cup on the balcony with a cigarette while I Myself finnished the experience with several complimentary white rums, after recharging all phones and tablets we refreshed in the many showers and went exploring the airport, we will definitely book again when we're next in Changi airport, We'll done team ambassador.

Had a long layover in Singapore and this lounge jus made it so comfortable. The food tasted so good and there was also a made to order option. There's plenty of comfortable seating

My friend and I absolutely loved the Ambassador Lounge! Friendly staff, lovely showers and right near a stress-release wall, a trampoline and the sunflower garden! What a win!

What to bring

Bring a valid boarding pass for same-day travel to access the lounge.

Bring suitable gym attire if you plan to use the gym facilities.

What’s not allowed

Entry without a valid boarding pass is not permitted.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the lounge.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking patio.

Additional information

Complimentary access is available for children under 2 years old when accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.

Minimum duration for nap suite usage is 6 hours.

Gymnasium access is for up to 2 hours per session and is available only in Terminal 2.

Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
