The Heraklion Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was a fun and convenient way to explore the city. The bus driver was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also liked the audio tour available through headphones, with several languages to choose from, making it easy for everyone to follow along and learn more about the sights. Sitting on the second floor was definitely a highlight, especially with the refreshing breeze as we travelled around. It was also quite entertaining having to occasionally dodge low tree branches or feel the leaves brushing your face! The bus stops were clearly marked and easy to spot, making hopping on and off simple and stress-free. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable way to see Heraklion.

The museum was very good and enriching. The only downside is the parking. It was hell; it took us 1 hour to find a parking spot. And then there was no indication of a parking meter, so make sure to get a parking ticket at the kiosk.

The palace at Knossos is simply breathtaking. Walking on the same ground and the same stone slabs that have remained there, unchanged by time, moves me deeply. It would have been ideal to receive a map of the museum with a marked route to follow for a perfect tour, because it turned out to be a bit chaotic but still beautiful.

Knossos archeological site is something magical. Perfectly made. And remains through the years so beautiful. Easy to navigate through the site, something worth the visit. I suggest to buy your tickets online to save money and time and no need to wait in long line to buy the tickets on the site. Amazing experience

I didn't use HeadOut because I paid too much for the tickets. A six-euro commission per ticket is way too much! On top of that, I didn't get to use the audio guide. I gave stars for the archaeological site, which I found interesting.
