The view from the top of the Kuala Lumpur Tower is breathtaking, especially at sunset when the city gradually lights up. The staff was welcoming, and the clear signage made the visit very easy. The hospitality is good. All the staff were very friendly. Good job and keep up the good work. All the toilet are always clean too.

What's not allowed

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

A child ticket is required for children aged 5 years and above.

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in the event of inclement weather.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.
