1st January was a good choice. Not many people and short waiting times, but on the flipside the weather was rather chilly. The rocket garden was a bit floppy. The guide's microphone kept breaking up against a backdrop of lawn mower and fountain sounds. Once in the gantry 39 the countdown for the mock ignition told a time of 15 minutws that was not followed by the operator who switched it on in advance, while we were watching the Earth exhibition. We then were told to wait for 20 minutes that ended up being 35. Appart from this two issues, the rest went fine. As for the rides, the state of the art allows for more inmersive experiences if you compare it with a theme park. It is an incredible experience if you are a space fanatic. If yoy just look for something to do it will please you.

I finally got the chance to visit Kennedy Space Center, and honestly, it blew me away. I went in expecting a typical “museum vibe,” but it turned out to be way more immersive and inspiring. The Rocket Garden is crazy cool to see up close, and the Space Shuttle Atlantis display is just on another level, you literally feel like you’re standing in front of history. The whole place is super well-organized, the staff is friendly, and every exhibit has that perfect mix of tech, storytelling, and “wow” moments. The bus tour to the launch pads was a highlight for me, surreal to see where actual missions took off. Whether you’re a space nerd or just someone who loves experiencing something new, KSC is definitely worth it. I walked out feeling like a kid again. Highly recommend! 🚀

We had such an amazing time visiting the NASA Space Center. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exciting, educational, and truly inspiring. The exhibits were interactive and easy to enjoy at our own pace, and we loved learning about past missions, current projects, and future plans for space exploration. The rocket garden and Atlantis exhibit were definite highlights — standing so close to something that’s actually been in space was unbelievable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better by offering fun facts and answering questions. It’s the kind of place that makes both kids and adults feel curious and energized. We left with great memories and a deeper appreciation for NASA’s incredible work. We are ready to be astronauts :)

Wish we would have gotten there way earlier ...several members of our 6 person party like to sleep when on vacation....you can sleep at home....4 of the 6 are retired....sleep on your own time...KSC was great....like I said, did not get to see/experience enough, but what we did do/see was great...friendly staff...food in orbit cafe, wasn't good and it was pricey ....again, staff was great...for the amount of money charged at the orbit cafe, could/should have been much better quality...kiosk ordering system was great Get there close to opening and you will very much enjoy your day!!

Overall, my visit to the Kennedy Space Center was enjoyable, and the exhibits themselves were engaging and well-presented. However, the wait time for the Atlantis experience was quite long — it took about an hour to get in. Better line management or a timed-entry system, similar to what other attractions use, could make the experience smoother for visitors. The food options were decent, though the prices felt a bit high for what was offered. With a few improvements in crowd flow and dining value, the overall experience could be even better.

Our family had a good time. I have an amigo to get around with. The folks on the shuttles were amazing and the KSC is an interesting place to visit. It's the people around you that are extremely rude, pushy, and non accommodating to someone who can't get around very well. A 7-yr-old was more cognizant of what I couldn't do easily then even his mother. Atlantis display was not designed the best for people with disabilities. Couldn't watch half the stuff and got cut in line by dozens because of trying to get up the ramp in the crowd.

Had a great time visiting the Space Center for the first time. Was very busy due to New Year break, but everything was still accessible and the crowds were scattered around as there's a lot to do and see. All the main attractions are spaced out nicely managed. You need at least a full day to see and enjoy all the attractions the space center has to offer. There's ample parking and the food court is huge with lots of menu options.
