Our experience with Mr. Terry Willcot was absolutely amazing!!! He is such an interesting approachable, smart, sweet and humble man!!! We will cherish this experience for the rest of our lives. The reason why I didn't give it a 5 stars is because we had an issue on the way and called to see if we could move it to later and they said it was absolutely impossible because it was full. Same happened at the window. However, we adventured and went to the room at 2:00 pm, when they said it was packed, and the room was EMPTY. We were the only ones there. I was so disappointed thinking that we lost our pricey tickets. I don't understand why the Indian guy on the phone and the Colombian lady on the customer counter lied to us in such an affirmative manner!

My 8 year old son dreams of being an astronaut when he grows up so of course we had to take a day at Kennedy Space Center on our first trip to Florida. Chatting with an astronaut, the bus tour and all the astronaut talks and autograph opportunities will be a day he remembers forever and will be a day I remember as a dad forever too. This place is a must go and was by far the best day of our vacation as a family.

It was awesome to have such an informal Q&A with Norm Thagard! Being in such a small group was great and hearing his stories and perspectives was golden. Although I appreciated the signed photo and commemorative coin, I wish there was time for a photo with him. He needed to be ushered off to his next event. The "lunch" at 10:00 was ok.

The char with the astronaut experience was the best...Norn Thagert not only had led such an amazing life but was able to answer all our questions in a very "matter of fact" manner that was both informative and entertaining. Jeff B
