Our trip from Grindelwald to Jungfraujoch was the highlight of our Swiss journey! The scenic cable car ride through the Alps was mesmerizing, and arriving at the "Top of Europe" felt surreal. The lce Palace, the viewing platforms, and the majestic snow-covered peaks made the day truly unforgettable. Although it was crowded at times, the organization and flow were smooth, and we never felt rushed. What stood out most was the sheer beauty of the panoramic views and the once-in-a-lifetime feeling of standing on top of the Alps-absolutely worth it!

We had wonderful weather and no transport problems. The view from the cable car cabin and over the plateau is magnificent. The tickets were a bit complicated: the QR codes for 5 people were on my mobille. I couldn't find a solution to duplicate them. I didn't like the amount of the fees.

Great experience, great views above the clouds. Cable car ride out of Grindelwald was easy to board and exit. Cog rail though the mountian to the top included a stop to look out large windows into the mountains. Definitely a "bucket list" item if you're in Switzerland!

An incredible experience, a must. Everything is perfectly thought out. The only downside is the exorbitant price of €230.

I loved the gondola ride and the actual experiences once we were anle to get in. We were 15 minutes late and told we had to stand in the non-reservation line for up to a two hour wait. After my sister implored on a few people working there, she got us in the reservation line. Another inconvenience is you can only return at a specific time, 4 hrs after your reservation time. We were done in 90 minutes and had to again wait in non-reservation line to return. We paid a lot of money for this excursion and although it was amazing getting to and from the top was a very poor experience.

The view was phenomenal!... both in the gondola (along the north face of the Eiger) and on the terrace of the Sphinx Observatory.
