This was my first time ever taking the Euro Star train. It was an extremely pleasant experience for both me and my grandson. The seats were comfortable the WiFi worked great and it was an overall pleasant experience

The seat is quite comfortable and the service in the train is great. however, the check-in process is extremely stressful, particularly in a hot weather. You have to arrive at least 2.5 hours ahead of time because it may take 2hr to check in! I won't take the train any more unless I can get the business class, in that case, you don't have to wait for 2hr in a very long line. But remember to buy the ticket at least a few days earlier. I could only get a plus ticket one day before the departure

The train ride was wonderful. Physically getting to and on the train in Paris was disrespectful to every one of the passengers. Very disorganised and the ground staff were very indifferent to the passenger's experience.

Such an easy trouble free way to travel between London and Paris
