Me encantó porque no hicimos fila y está muy fácil el acceso, no tuvimos problema para entrar Ya adentro nos dieron una audioguia. Es una actividad realmente excelente, súper recomendable, una de las historias más fascinantes de Francia.

Using headout was a very simple experience! As a first time solo traveler they made it very easy! Definitely recommend using them for different fun experiences. The catacombs were very interesting & somber. A great history lesson!

I was so excited about coming to the catacombs during my trip to Paris. It ended up being even better than i could've imagined. So many bones and so much history hidden below Paris.

I have my 18 year old grandson, and I wasn't sure if I'd like it. It is a must see in Paris. It has been his favorite tour and we have been on 18. Don't miss it!

Tour was informative and the guide spoke English well. He also kept us moving but allowed time for everyone to take pictures. Steps were challenging but worth it.

Easy to purchase tickets, catacombs experience was exceptional. The paid cruise however was a nighmare. We had to get the Metro to the wharf, but when we got to where the cruise started the queue went for miles ! We decided to sit and wait rather than to queue in the heat, but the queue kept getting longer and longer until it extended over the bridge. After waiting for in excess of an hour and a half, we decided to forego our paid for cruise. What a disappointment 😞 My recommendation would be to do the catacombs experience and further the cruise, you'd be better off doing the hop on hop off Batobus.

C'est une expérience émouvante. C'est le plus grand monument de la ville de Paris. Un passage dans l'histoire de cette grande ville. En plus, tous les gens à l'entrée, à l'accueil sont des plus cordiaux et drôles! Merci!

Hard to get ticket we were grateful to gain entrance before the end of our trip to Paris. The Catacombs were fascinating and eerie. Never seen anything like it and probably never will again!

My first time here was about 25 years ago, what a massive difference!!! After a huge renovation, this place became one of the most interesting and unique places in Parts, no wonder why it's so popular. I hardly managed to find tickets for me and my daughter more than a week before we flew to Paris. It's a teaching experience, and you don't feel claustrophobic at all (unlike my first visit there) because you are walking with earrings that "feel" exactly where you are and tell you what you see.

What to bring

Comfortable shoes and warm clothing are recommended, as the Catacombs maintain a temperature of around 14°C (57°F) and the tunnels can be slippery.

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Suitcases, large bags, strollers, and motorcycle helmets are not allowed.

Smoking, drinking, and eating inside is strictly prohibited.

Strollers are not allowed at the venue; use a baby carrier.

Photography is allowed without the use of tripods or bulky equipment.

Pets are not allowed except for service animals.

Accessibility

The Catacombs are not accessible to wheelchair users or those with limited mobility due to numerous stairs (130 steps to enter, 112 steps to exit) and uneven surfaces.

The experience is not recommended for visitors with heart or respiratory conditions, or for those who may be uncomfortable in confined spaces.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
