Train Tickets in Paris

Die Fahrt war angenehm, der Zug fuhr pünktlich ab. Ein Minuspunkt: keine Steckdosen für's Handy Aufladen. Sonst war der Service in Ordnung gewesen.

For starter, it was very easy booking the tickets via Headout. Then, when I had a question regarding the tickets, support was easy to reach and quickly provided the required information and guidance for me to complete th eprocess and secure the tickets. The train ride itself was great. Clearing immigration in London was a breeze, the train was clean and spacious, and the ride was very comfortable. All in all, great expereince for first time users :-)

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Wenn. noch die Endstation des TER Zuges (Amiens) angegeben wäre, wäre das Finden im Gare du Nord noch einfacher. Dsmit hätten Sie 5 Sterne verdient.

We had a very unfortunate & unpleasant experience navigating when we got off the metro at Gare de Nord and getting to the correct site to catch the train. Otherwise we enjoyed our day at the Chateau very much
