We enjoyed seeing the highlights since we only had limited time in the city. It's nice to hear about the sights and know something then just going by and wondering about them. One suggestion is to start the commentary a bit sooner as some of the buildings were past us as the commentator was saying "on the left you see...." but we were alreay past it. Otherwise it was great as we did both sides too.

Problemlose Buchung. Wir konnten an allen für uns interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten aussteigen und nach der Besichtigung mit dem nächsten Bus weiterfahren. Die Audiobeschreibung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dadurch erfährt man deutlich mehr über Barcelona.

For me this provided a thorough and enjoyable overview of this very large and beautiful city. I had only 8 hours in port and was able to tour the whole city in 6 hours including a stop for lunch. Buses were on time and narration worked great.

gute Busverbindungen, audio in vielen Sprachen. sauberer Bus, freundliches Personal, tolle Stops. Am interessantesten war die Gaudi Kathedrale, schade, dass so viele Baumaßnahmen drumherum waren.

The hop on/off was a memorable experience especially for wheelchair access - guides were helpful and friendly - bus driver was amazing through the Barcelona streets! Headphones were supplied and audio was clear and easy to follow along. Unfortunately the booking process added an extra ticket which I am in the process of trying to be refunded.

O passeio de ônibus foi excelente, podendo fazer as duas rotas e com ônibus passando em poucos minutos em cada ponto. Para quem quer conhecer os pontos turísticos de forma rápida é muito bom.

My concern was not listed, but I had to select something so I can proceed with the survey. The tour went as expected, but the passengers on the upper deck, including myself, were miserable. This was my second time using the hop-on Hop-off in Barcelona and both times, my experience was awful because of the weather. The upper deck was flooded, and cold water soaked my sneakers. All the seats were wet. The wind was cold. I was miserable and did not enjoy the trip. My suggestion: Have a clear plastic shield that can be rolled down to prevent water from getting in. My impression of the customer service is this: the weather is not your fault, as long as the customers keep buying tickets on a cold rainy day, their comfort is not your problem. The problem with that thinking is that customers like me will never ride again unless it is on a cloudy day. If more customers think like me, such days will be bad for business for the company. Maybe then, they'll take my suggestion. Respectfully yours, Thank you
