- Only handbags up to A4 size are permitted inside. Larger bags, umbrellas, and similar items must be left in the cloakroom.

- Pre-shows are presented in Dutch with English subtitles.
Rijksmuseum
- Tickets allow entry up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. You may remain inside until closing.
- Cash payments are not accepted at the museum’s cafes and shops.
- Guests unable to navigate the museum independently may bring one companion for free. A companion ticket can be collected at the entrance.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be rescheduled.
