Important Information

• Capacity limit of maximum 16 guests at any given time.

• Due to limited capacity, please keep the maximum number of accompanying adults to 1 per child.

• Kindly arrive on time as there is strictly no extension of playtime.

• Socks must always be worn on the premises.

• Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed on the premises.

• Damages caused through bad, unruly behavior or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guests.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Children and adults, use our facility at your own risk.

• Since children must be accompanied by adults, it is mandatory to buy a minimum of 1 adult ticket while booking child tickets.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid delays.

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.
