Bell app. La consiglio. È stato facile acquistare i biglietti, che non sono arrivati subito e nemmeno entro le 2 ore indicate all'acquisto . Per questo ho scritto una mail al servizio clienti, che mi ha mandato prontamente un Link. L'app è facilissima e ti spiega tutto. Dal come arrivare al dress code migliore. Sfortunatamente il giorno Dell evento, l'app non mi funzionava ed ho avuto un po' di problemi con il capire la sequenza delle attività acquistate. P. S. Consiglio di tradurre I biglietti quando arrivano in lingua estera (nel mio caso, giapponese) perché c'è scritto tutto.

If I had to choose one word to describe my experience at teamLab Planets Tokyo, it would be wonder. ✨ From the moment I stepped inside, I felt transported into another world. The lights, colors, sounds and immersive installations create something truly magical and unforgettable. Every room feels like a new discovery, and it’s an experience you really have to live to understand. And the spicy ramen was absolutely incredible! 🍜🔥 A perfect combination of beauty, wonder and delicious food — definitely one of the highlights of my time in Tokyo! 💫

This is our third Teamlab experience. Started with Borderless, followed by the Botanical Garden and now Planets. I was worried it would be similar to Borderless but I was wrong! Totally different experience with more immersion and interaction. The only similarities are the smooth entry, the clear directions and organized instructions from the staff. Considering of coming back, maybe at an earlier time in the day.

Every part of the experience activated my senses in a way I hadn't felt before. The standout moment was lying down beneath the projected flowers and plants, watching the animations bloom overhead while the ambient soundscape played, it stirred a mix of emotions I'd never quite experienced together like that. TeamLab Planets was easily one of the most memorable parts of the whole trip.

Booking through Headout made things really smooth and easy. TeamLab Planets was one of my very favorite things I did while in Tokyo. The light room was absolutely breathtaking. All of the processes from booking to completion were super easy and streamlined. Definitely recommend!

Never heard about this place. My niece told me about it and I decided to get tickets for the my family and we had the best experience and enjoyed every minute of it. I'll definitely will come back again and tell my friends about it.

This was a great experience. The first early session is recommended as you beat the crowds and it's the best time to take photos and immerse yourself.

Getting started

Arrive at teamLab Planets TOKYO near the main entrance, where staff will guide you through ticket validation and a brief security check. Lockers are available for small items, and guests are encouraged to wear pants due to mirrored surfaces in some areas.

What to expect

This contemporary museum spans over 10,000 square meters, offering a multi-sensory journey through large-scale digital artworks. Each space is designed to engage all five senses, making you an active participant in the art.

Features

Floating Flower Garden: Step into a room filled with living orchids that move in response to your presence, creating a dynamic floral landscape.

Collecting Extinct Forest: Explore an immersive environment that blends digital projections with real elements, highlighting the connection between art and nature.

Reflective Water Surfaces: Walk barefoot through shallow pools that mirror light and color, amplifying the sensory impact of each installation.

Infinite Crystal Universe: Experience the sensation of floating in a space surrounded by thousands of suspended LED crystals, simulating a boundless universe.

Forest Area (from Jan 22, 2025): Access a new open-air zone featuring interactive digital art and a cafe/restaurant, expanding the creative experience.

Opt for the Premium Pass to skip the typical 30–60 minute wait and enjoy instant, flexible entry at your convenience.

What to bring

Wear pants to avoid reflections on mirrored floors. Skirts and wide-legged clothing are not recommended.

Clothes may get wet. Bring a change of clothes or wear quick-dry clothing, especially for children.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, food and beverages, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the exhibition.

Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Accessibility

Strollers must be left in the designated area before entering. Baby carriers are permitted inside the exhibition.

Guests with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. These wheelchairs are standard models without fastening devices.

This experience is not recommended for visitors with light sensitivity, back issues, or cardiac conditions. Some areas of the venue are not accessible to pregnant women.

Additional information

Some areas require you to go barefoot. Please remove your shoes before entering.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Staff may ask guests to leave if they stay too long during busy periods.

Facilities: Free lockers for small items & 1-hour free weekday parking are included.
