I had a great experience with Keisei Skyliner from Ueno, Tokyo to Narita Airport. Luckily, I didn't have to take any other form of transportation. I was able to walk from my hotel and easily found the entrance as it was separate from the JR lines. Although I purchased my ticket ahead of time, I waited in a fast moving line to get a real ticket from a real person, who was able to assign me a car and seat. It was very easy to find my car and seat and I was extremely comfortable the whole way! Quick and easy! I highly recommend.

It was a great aexperience, so easy to find the station , booked online and they let me took earlier on ticket, confortable and the security was alwasy there. Great views, love it!

Easy to purchase tickets online but I found it confusing to redeem the online electronic ticket for the physical ones. I was grateful to receive assistance from the station staff who showed me the process and directed me where to go. Once on the train everything went smoothly and I had a wonderful trip to Narita terminal 1

As a tourist and first time user of the train ticketing system, I found the process of prepurchase with a QR code confusing as where to redeem it it to a paper ticket in the terminal. It seemed counterintuitive to have a mobile QR code that was not viable as a ticket to scan at one of the ticket dispenser machines or to gain access at an entry gate. However, once I was directed across the large and very busy hall of the station from the ticket purchase area to the redeem ticket area I retrieved my ticket. As a person using Google Translate to read signs etc, I was confused as to which train to board with my reservation seat. I boarded the incorrect train going to the same destination that departed 12 minutes ahead of my time but was able to pay the fare difference onboard.
