What to bring

• You cannot bring large luggage/backpacks with you.

Accessibility

• The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

• Foldable strollers & prams are allowed on board.

• Infants must sit on an adult’s lap.

• Service animals are allowed onboard.

Additional information

• Arrive 30 minutes before departure for a smooth check-in.

• Boat check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure. If you're late and miss your tour, you will have to reschedule for a later time or another day, subject to availability.

• If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark.

• Children under the age of four ride for free.

• Life jackets are provided.

• There are no bathrooms on the boat, so please use the bathroom before you board the boat.

• Rain or shine, the boats sail.

• The pontoon boat has a full-service bar with snacks for purchase.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Paid parking is available at Bayside Marketplace or at meters around Bayfront Park.

• To consume alcoholic beverages, you must by 21 and older with valid ID.

• Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays.

• Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers.
