I loved the ease of travel in a very busy city! It was especially busy this past weekend due to a marathon and there were many visitors to the city. The sites of Miami are very unique and beautiful and the recorded guide information on the bus was clear and informative. I learned so much about each neighborhood including the history, architecture and the culture of each place. I also appreciated that the guided information was in many languages for all visitors to enjoy. It was a wonderful experience!

This bus tour was very good. The places it goes through are excellent and give a great overview of the city. The bus provides headphones with translations in several languages, which makes the experience even better. It is punctual and well organized. I highly recommend this tour, especially for those who are just arriving in the city and want to get to know Miami.

I've done a few of these and this was the first one that took the bus on an interstate...riding the top was like a roller coaster!! I enjoyed learning with the audio while we rode. I didn't like the online ticket drained my phone battery. A sales rep said the bus manager could print one for me, but that was a lie.

I bought a 24 hour hop on/off ticket at 11am and saw a lot of Miami but the buses stop running a 5 oclock and left us stranded 45 minutes from our hotel
