Driver was friendly. But the given information was close to nothing. At every stop you should give an advise what is possible to visit there. I made a lot of tours with your company all over the world. And I was always happy, but Stockholm Audio Guide has to be improved.

They closed the roof too early when we headed back to the Port. Should have had it open and airing out the hot bus that had been sitting in the sun until we left town. It was very uncomfortable in the heat. I did like the ability to do the boat and the bus though.

Bus accessibility: The hop-on hop-off buses are wheelchair and pram or stroller accessible.

Boat accessibility: The hop-on hop-off boat is not wheelchair accessible; foldable wheelchairs are allowed with boarding assistance.

Additional information

Pets: Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome on board the hop-on hop-off buses. They are welcome on the boat too, but you may be asked to move or change tours if someone has allergies.

Cruise ships: Buses meet all cruise ships in Stockholm from 8am, including Frihamnen F634, F650, F658 and Stadsgarden S167.

App usage: Use the RED Sightseeing app to find stops and track buses and boats in real time.

Child tickets: A child ticket is required for ages 7 to 15; children under 7 can join for free with a paying adult.

Onboard cafe: A small cafe on the boat sells Swedish fika and soft drinks at an extra cost.

Winter operations: Cruise Berth S167, which is stop 6, is not operational during the winter season.
